Terminating a lease due to suspicion

Question

If it is merely suspected that a tenant buys and sells stolen goods, is it incumbent on the landlord to terminate that tenant’s tenancy?

Answer

No. If you do not have any evidence to support this suspicion you will not go by the suspicion.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
