Teen talaaq

Question

If a husband says talak lo aur jao yaha se 4 times to kia talak hogay aur yay nahi kaha k main tumhai talak daita hu to kia talak hogay ya nahi.

Answer

Teen talaaq hogayi.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
