Using interest money to release prisoners

Question

Can we utilize saving bank accounts interest money to release non-habitual prisoners, advocate fees and legal aid staffs salary who work on this project either Muslim or Non-Muslim?

Answer

You may give it to the deserving prisoner or use it for his need with his consent.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
