Talaaq ko mu'allaq karna

Question

Aik shaks ne apni biwi ko message me likha agar tum falan jaga puhancho ab nahe aye to mera tumhara ta'alluq khatam. To iska kya hukum hai?

Answer

Agar biwi ne is kaam ko karliya aur khaawind ka matlab talaaq dene ko tha to talaaq waaqi ho gaya.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
