Question

Is it permissible to talk of worldly or Deeni things during wudhu?

Answer

It is permissible to speak of Deeni issues during wudhu. Speaking of worldly matters during wudhu is makrooh except in the case where there is a definite need to speak.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
