Validity of nikaah

Question

I got married three years ago and have two children now. My stepfather was my wakeel as my father passed away. My brother was a witness and I was present and other family members. Is the marriage valid?

Answer

It is valid.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
