Pagri ke maal par zakaat

Question

Kya dukan ki di hui pagdi ki raqam jo ki refundable h uski zakat h?

Answer

Pagri owr zamaanat ke maal (deposit) ke darmiyaan faraq he. Pagri ka maal lena owr dena jaaiz nahi he. Lekin agar dediya gaya, owr wo maal waapas hone waala he, to us par zakaat waajib he guzishta saalo ke lia.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
