Question

If someone insults Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam), will he or she be forgiven if they repent sincerely or will the hadd or punishment still be carried out? Will the ruling be applicable in a Non-Muslim Country?

Answer

If he is very sincere about his repentance and he renews his faith this will be accepted.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
