Nikaah kar ke doosri biwi ka haqq poora nahi karna

Question

Meri ak friend hai jiski shadi hui 2 sal hogye but uska husband aj tk uske kareeb ni aya becuse wo apni 1st wife ko aj tk bhola nai hai nd 2 sal guzar gye aj tk accept ni kia usne apni wife and dono phir bhi sth reh rahe han kia yeh theek hai? kia nikha unka save hai?

Answer

Nikaah baaki he. Lekin shohar ke liye is tarah karna bohot hi bura he. Humbistari karna biwi ke huqooq me se he owr usku apne haq se mahroom karna haraam he. Shohar biwi ka humbistari ka haq poora ne karne ki wajah se gunegaar hoga.
