Question

I borrowed a person 100 000 Rands which he has not paid. I take out sadaqah every month of 5000 Rands. Can I take that sadaqah for myself and offset it off his account? If he does pay one day, then I will give that away as the sadaqah?

Answer

Yes.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
