Making masah after applying henna on one's head
Question
If someone has applied henna and wants to perform wudhu, should one remove a covering bag and wipe the head, still covered with henna, or can one wipe over the covering itself.
Answer
Yes, remove the covering, just as the masah cannot be made over a scarf.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
