Performing tayammum due to cold weather
Question
While in the state of janabah, due to cold weather and lack of warm water, can a person offer Salah without ghusl? If not then what is the Shariah ruling?
Answer
If water could be heated and ghusl could be made with that water then it is impermissible to make tayammum.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
