Nikaah ke ba'd shohar ko ma'loom hona ke biwi ne nikaah se pehle zina kiya

Question

Ek aurt ny nikah say phaly zina kya lakin us kay shohar nay zina ne kya. nikah kay bad shohar ko iss baat ka ilm hova aur wo aurt ab iss baat pr apny shohar kay agay iqrar be kr chuke hai aur toba be kr chuke hai. lakin us shohar ka kya kasoor hai. Islam ab kya hukam data hai kay us aurt kay saat nikah kaaim rakna chaheyeah ya ne?

Answer

Jab us ne tawbah kiya aur zindagi badaldi, to shohar us ko maaf kare aur nikaah ko kaaim rake. Jaise shohar chahtaa he ke Allah Ta'ala us ke ghunaaho ku chupaawe aur us ko maaf kare, issy tarah us ko chaahiye ke wo apni biwi ko maaf kare aur us ke ghunaaho ku chupaawe.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
