Question

If a Muslim taxi driver bought his taxi through a bank loan, will his income be halaal?

Answer

Taking an interest-bearing loan from the bank to purchase a vehicle or anything else is impermissible. However, the wealth earned through the halaal service of transporting people is halaal.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
