Wife cheating with another man
Question
Sadly I have found a video recording of my wife with another man. Can I use this video in an Islamic court as proof of her cheating? It is conclusive that it is in fact her as there is mentioned very specific personal details.
Answer
We suggest that if you are not comfortable with her and you feel that the trust has been breached then respectfully end the marriage.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
