Second wife foregoing all her rights
Question
I want marry with someone but he can't afford 2nd marriage and I can't live without him can I forgive all my rights and stay with his name full life?
Answer
I suggest that you discuss this matter with your elders. If he is happy and you feel you will have no problem by forgoing your rights then it is alright.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
