Question

AGR halalah krny waly mrd ko ourat mnah na kry or wo apni mrzi sy mubashrat na kry or talaq day dy to halala ho gia ab idat ky bad pehly shohr sy nikah ho sakta hy

Answer

Halaalah nahi howi. Halaalah ke durust hone ke liye jimaa (mubaasharat) daroori he.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
