Napaaki ki haalat me namaaz parhna

Question

Agar koi admi napaaki ki wajah se namaz nahi par sakta aur naamaz ka waqt ho gaya ho aur ghar walo ke dar ki wajah se us ne namaaz par li napaaki ki haalat me to kya wo gunehgaar ho ga ghar walo ko napaaki ka nahi pata.

Answer

Ye baat ghalat he. Us se taubah karle.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
