Spouses unable to remember how many talaaqs were given
Question
If someone don't remember how many talaaqs he gave, neither does his wife remember, then what is the shariat ruling for this?
Answer
If his dominant thought is that it is more than two then it will be counted as more than two.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
