Inheritance
Question
How should Rs.50 lakh inheritance be divided among 1 widow, 2 sons and 3 daughters?
Answer
The estate will be divided into 8 equal shares and distributed as follows:
Wife will receive 1 share
Each son will receive 2 shares
Each daughter will receive 1 share.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
