Confusion between clear and yellow discharge

Question

In the case where I see a discharge but I am confused of whether it is clear or yellow, during istihadah, do I assume the former or latter and move on? And can we do wudu before prayer time begins when in istihadah? Like 5-10 mins before prayer or even earlier?

Answer

If it looks whitish then take it as that.

It will be done after the time starts.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
