Do ya teen talaaq dene me shaq

Question

Agar kisi ne apni biwi se 2 ya 3 dafa kaha ho ke mein tumhen talaaq deta hoon jab ke 2 dafa ka yaad hai aur 3 dafa ka confirm nahi yeh sirf khiyal hai ke maybe aisa kaha ho ga aur waisy jitni dafa bhi kaha tha us mein niyat bhi nahi hoti thi wo sirf threat ke liye kehta tha aur biwi hamesha na na please nahi bolti thi? Kya is se still meri biwi hain ya nahi?

Answer

Chunke sirf do ke muta`alliq yaqeen he lihaaza aapke nikaah se khaarij nahi.
