Question

With regards to esaale thawaab; is the person told who is sending reward for him? And when is it passed on to him? I vaguely recall coming across Mondays and Thursdays but I wanted an authentic answer.

Answer

It is possible.

We have not come across this.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
