Qisto ke liye alag daam rakhna

Question

ایک شخص قسطوں پر کسی کو 50000 مالیت کا سونا 12 ماہ کی مدت کے لئے اس شرط پر دیتا ہے کہ اس سے واپس 70000 روپے لے گا تو کیا یہ بیع و شراء جائز ہے

Answer

Agar maqsad ye he ke saaman bech rahe he aur bajaaye 50000 qeemat bataane ke 70000 bataate he aur usko kehte he ke usko baara mahine me adaa karo to theek he.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
