Kiya talaaq waaqi hone ke liye court jaana zaroori he?

Question

Hmne talaq lene k liye case kiya h 6 month hogae kuch na kuch rukawat aajati h hum dono ek dusre ko talaq dene k liye razi h 13 december peshi h koi dua batain jisse talaq hojae aur case khatam hojae.

Answer

Talaaq waaqi hone ke liye court jaane ki dharoorat nahi. Khaawind ne jab talalaq dede to talaaq ho jaayegi.
