Teen talaaq smoking ke upar muallaq karna

Question

Agr nikah se pehle talaaq kisee ahad par mashroot kiya jaye masalan agar mai ne aaj ke ba'd smoking ki to main jis se shaadi karo wo mujh par 3 baar talaaq hogi ab agar wo smoking kare to talaq to hojayega?

Answer

Mu'tabar hoga. Smoking ko chordo.
