Question

Mene apni biwi se kafi dafa use darane ke lie nikkah ko khatam kerne ki bat kahi hy bagair niyat ke or na hi kabhi talaq ka lafz istmal kiya hy kia ise be talaq hochuki hy ?

Answer

Agar talaaq ka lafz nahi bola aur talaaq ki niyyat se koi kinaaya lafz nahi kaha, to talaaq nahi howi.
