Biwi talaaq ka mutaalaba karna

Question

Meri shaadi ko 7 saal se ziada ho gayi he. Mere shohar ne mujhe naan nafaqah ki koi kami nahi rakhi. Magar izdwaji huqooq pichly 5 saal se ada nahi kar rahe he. Shuroo me bohot ilaaj karaya. Allah Paak ne ek beta bhi diya. Ab me talaaq chahti hun.

Kiya mera talaq ka mutalba jaaiz he?

Answer

Agar bardasht na ho to talaaq ka mutalaba karna durust he.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
