Accepting Islam to get married
Question
I am in love with a non-Muslim. We both want to marry each other. I know that nikah is the only way out. But I want to know if it is halaal for her to accept Islam for me.
Answer
If she is sincere about accepting Islam then she will accept Islam irrespective of marriage, and if it is not done sincerely then there is no commitment. Hence in the event of a divorce she may revert and you will be lost.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
