Charging a commission for using one's name
Question
Is it halal to lend someone one's name and that person uses that name in business transactions. The other person will get a commission for certain percentage of sales. Note that the lender of the name does not have any concern with the nature of the transaction.
Answer
It is not right.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
