Nikaah ke mehfil me mahr ka ta'ayyun na huwa to kiya nikaah saheeh he?

Question

اگر ایک آدمی کا زبانی نکاح ہو اور پوری محفل گواہ ہو اور مہر کا تعین نہ ہوا ہو تو ان کے درمیان اگر ازواجی تعلقات قائم ہو جائے اور بعد ازں مہر کا تعین کریں اور رخصتی ہو تو جو بچہ رحصتی سے پہلے کے عمل سے ہو اس کی کیا حثیت ہے اور اب کیا ان کا بعد والا نکاح کی کیا حثیت ہے اور اب کیا کرنا چاہیے و

Answer

Nikaah durust huwi aur bachche bhi saheeh he thaabitun nasab he.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
