Question

Mene apne kisi relative ko bike sale ki he. Usne mujhe paisy sood par qarz le kar diye he. Kiya mera usko bike sale karna jaiz he? Mujhe is baat ka ilm he ke usne bank se qarz liya he.

Answer

Bechna to durust he. Lekin sood ka mu`amalah haraam he, la`nat he, khuda ka maar ayse payse aur maal par he jo sood se liya gaya ho.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
