Will uttering the statement "I'm not going near a Muslim ever again" constitute kufr?
Question
Are these statements kufr?
"I'm not going near a Muslim ever again"
" I'm not going to jannah"
Answer
Perhaps his intention was not going near a corrupt Muslim. If that was his intention then this will not be kufr.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.

Where scholars differ, it’s safer to take the more cautious view.
