Wali ke be ghair nikaah karna

Question

Kiya larki ka wali ke be ghair nikaah ho sakta he? Jab ke larki ka walid us nikaah ko nahi maanta aur larki ne khud se 22 saal bare aadmi se nikaah kiya he?

Answer

Agar us larki ne apne kufu yani baraabar ke aadmi se nikaah kya to nikaah saheeh hoga.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
