Rukhsati aur khalwat se pehle talaaq dena

Question

1. Agar rukhsati na huwi ho aur na khalwat huwi ho to talaq ho jaye to kiya dobara nikaah hosakta hy?

2. Aur 2 talaaq di ho to kiya ek hisab hoga ya 2?

Answer

1. Agar eik talaaq di ho to tajdeed-e-nikaah ho sakta he.

2. Agar eik saath do talaaq di ho to do talaaq ho jaayegi.
