Consummation of nikaah for halaalah to be valid
Question
If a woman does halaalah and after her iddat, she makes nikkah with her first husband, is the nikaah valid?
Answer
If the second husband consummates the nikaah and divorces her, after spending iddat, it will be permissible for the first husband to marry her.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
