Performing the four sunnats of Zuhr after the fardh in the case where one missed it
Question
If I miss my four sunnats of Zuhr before the fardh, when should I read them, after the two sunnats or before the two sunnats?
Answer
You should perform the four sunnats after performing the two sunnats.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.

( بخلاف سنة الظهر ) وكذا الجمعة ( فإنه ) إن خاف فوت ركعة ( يتركها ) ويقتدي ( ثم يأتي بها ) على أنها سنة ( في وقته ) أي الظهر ( قبل شفعه ) عند محمد وبه يفتى جوهرة
قال الشامي : قوله ( عند محمد ) وعند أبي يوسف بعده كذا في الجامع الصغير الحسامي وفي المنظومة وشروحها الخلاف على العكس وفي غاية البيان يحتمل أن يكون عن كل من الإمامين روايتان ح عن البحر قوله ( وبه يفتى ) أقول وعليه المتون لكن رجح في الفتح تقديم الركعتين قال في الإمداد وفي فتاوى العتابي أنه المختار وفي مبسوط شيخ الإسلام أنه الأصح لحديث عائشة أنه عليه الصلاة والسلام كان إذا فاتته الأربع قبل الظهر يصليهن بعد الركعتين وهو قول أبي حنيفة وكذا في جامع قاضيخان والحديث قال الترمذي ( حسن غريب ) فتح (رد المحتار 2/ 58)
