Kinaaya alfaaz me kis ki raai ko dekha jaaye?

Question

Agar aik hi lafz me aik hi zuban ke baare me mukhtalif raai ho, koi kehta he ke sareeh he koi kehta he ke kinaya he, tu kis ki baat manni chahiye? Is situation me narmi he ke banda kinaya manai agar mukhtalif raai ho aik hi zuban me?

Answer

Us maqaam ke ghaalib urf ko dekha jaayega.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
