Person not liable for zakaat getting treatment from a trust hospital that operates with zakaat funds

Question

I am not a zakaat deserving person but I cannot afford an expensive dialysis treatment. Can I take this treatment from a trust hospital being run on zakaat?

Answer

You may notify the authorities at the hospital that you cannot afford private treatment, but you are not zakaatable as well. Perhaps they can make an internal arrangement for you.
