I am leaving my wife kehne se talaaq

Question

If a man says to his brother that "I am leaving my wife" one time. Tu kiya divorce ho gayi ya nahin?

Answer

Agar talaaq ki niyyat se bola, to talaaq huwi, aur agar talaaq ki niyyat se nahi bola, to talaaq nahi huwi.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
