Dhoke se kisi aur ke naam par property kar dena

Question

Agar wife apne zinda husband ko murda qarar de kar apne parents ki taraf se hisse me ai propertiy ko dhoke se apne bahiyo ke name kar de to aisi aurat ke liye kiya hukam he jab ke uski apni aulad aur aulad ki bhi aulad moujod ho. (Is maslay me aurat ke bahiyo ki taraf se bhi dhoke se property apne name karwane ka mamla bhi moujod he).

Answer

Property kis ka tha? Agar doosro ke he to unki ijaazat ke baghayr usme tasarruf karna haraam he.
