Qasam ko tornne ka kaffaarah

Question

1. Mene kisi kaam ko na karne ke liye Allah se wada kiya ke nahi karunga. Tabhi dil me khiyal aaya ke agar wada tora to apni kuch property Allah ke naam par dunga. Ye bol du kitni property iska koi khiyal nahi aaya. Phir mene zuban se aisa nahi bola aur dimagh kisi aur kaam me laga liya thori der bad mene kaha ke me koi mannat nahi manuga kabhi bhi to kiya agar me wada torta hu to property deni hogi.

2. Aapse masla puchne ke liye type kiya aur zuban se bhi bola type karte huwe ke property Allah ke naam par dene ka khiyal aaya tha to kiya isse mannat hogayi?

Answer

1. Agar aap ne bol kar Allah Ta'ala ke saath wa'dah kya, to ye wa'dah eik qasam he. Qasam thorne se aap par kaffaarah aur taubah waajib he. Leikin property ka sadaqa me dena aap par zaroori nahi he kyoon ke aap ne sirf dil me soch liya aur sochne se koi cheez waajib nahi hoti. 2. Type karne se koi cheez waajib nahi huwi.
