Question

I am 19 years old and I used to trim my beard. (استغفرلله) Now, I have stopped and I have a beard protruding an inch or so. Can I lead a prayer or call the Azaan? I do not know whether my beard would have reached one fist or not if I had never cut it. Alhamdulilah, I have made Taubah. Am I eligible for imamat and calling the Azaan?

Answer

Yes.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.

Who should lead the salaah as imam?
