Question

Agar shohar biwi ko kahe tu talaaq shuda aurat ki tarah raha kar phir husband ka irada talaaq dene ka na ho wo ye kehna chah raha tha ke azaad aurato ki tarah jo shauhar ka kehna na manti ho. To talaaq ho jati he kya?

Answer

Agar us ne talaaq ki niyyat se nahi bola, talaaq waaqi nahi huwi.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
