Question

Is it permissible for children to watch cartoons with characters (people/animals) with names of the Prophets. They are not drawing the Prophets but for example they tell a story with a message for example being kind to others by using a bear called Zaky a goat called Kazwa, a squirrel called Haroon and a bee called Bilal. Is this ok?

Answer

This is bordering with disbelief. These types of cartoons risk your faith. The bulk of the sin will be for those elders who are allowing the children to watch these types of things.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
