Wife's obligation towards her husband is greater than her parents and siblings

Question

After marriage, who comes first, the husband or the wife’s brother and family?

Answer

The wife should fulfil the rights she owes to her husband as well as her family. However, after marriage, the wife has a greater obligation towards her husband. Hence, her husband comes first, even before her parents and siblings.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
