Question

I have seen in my dream where my sisters wedding proposal is on going, her future mother in law is in a sad mood in front of her. It was night time.

Answer

The dream means that the mother in-law is desirous for the success of the nikaah.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
