Ihraam ki haalat me darakht ko nuqsaan pohonchana

Question

Hajj ke dino mai halat e ihram mai, Arafat mai mene ghalti se darakht (tree) ke upar apna bag rak diya, muje nahin pata ke darakht (tree) ko kuch nuqsaan mela yaa nahin. Tho agar patay (leaf) shakh (branch) wagera toote ho, to kya is halat mai kya mujh pay sadaqah yaa damm/fidya wajib hoga?

Answer

Arafat chunke Haram se baahar he, lihaza koi dam nahi he.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
