Accepting the invitation of a person whose source of income is by selling drugs

Question

I have a family person who is unemployed and sells drugs to support his family. Can we go over and have supper by him? Is the food haraam?

Answer

If this is his only source of income, then since his income is haraam, it is not permissible for you to accept his invitation.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
