Question

Alhamdulillah we have been married for 3 years. My husband has been struggling with his Salaah. He's not been punctual and misses a lot of his salaahs. It really gets to me as Alhamdulillah I try my best to be punctual. Sometimes I feel like I can't take it anymore. Please advise as to what I should do in this situation.

Answer

Commence ta'leem of Fazaail Aamaal and Fazaail Sadaqaat daily within your home with your family and at the end of the taleem, make dua for your family and for the entire ummat. It is hoped that through listening to the incidents of the pious, your husband will be motivated towards performing salaah. Similarly, be kind towards him and serve him to the best of your ability, perhaps this will soften his heart and motivate him towards righteousness. After salaah, sincerely make dua to Allah Ta'ala to bless him with hidaayat and make him punctual on his salaah.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
